Group2 thinks Stephen should choose engineering. Because it is a major he is interested in, and although there are fewer career opportunities at the moment, his dad owns a successful business, so he doesn't have to worry about employment either. Learning requires interest, so how can he keep studying if he is not interested? If there are no job opportunities after graduation, he can still work for his dad's company, or work in a subject he is good at, or start his own business to create jobs for himself.

We believe that Stephan should choose computer science, as his field of expertise, the computer science industry is the mainstream of the development of the big data environment in this day. If he can persevere and make his own career and achievements in this field, he will be able to earn a high salary and social status above everyone else.
We also advise him not to go to work in he father company until university graduate. As an inexperienced high school student, He can't help anything at the company and even waste a lot of time to learn more. We think he should use this time to learn professional skills in university , which will help him to be more successful in his future work.

Marie should send her protfolio to the top agency and wait for an interview, she is at a young age with 7 years of work experience, hence she should try to move to a better company. Although Marie's current employer has took care of her, she should not tell her employer about this decision. The reason is that if she do not receive offer from the new company, it will cause hardship for her career in the current job.

I don't think she should go for it because I think there's a lot of risk in doing so. There may be more work pressure in more cutting-edge companies, not enough work capacity to meet the needs of the new company. Maybe she should better not be in her career. Taking risks in her career, she should strive for more promotion opportunities in the current company instead of changing jobs. If she goes to a new company, she still needs to readjust to the working atmosphere, and now that the company's employer trusts her more, he can get more difficult jobs. At her relatively young age, she can lead the company to the forefront.

"Get to the top" is the embodiment of Emma and Nick's high goals in life. However, if they keep this idea, they will not have enough time and energy to manage the family and take care of their children after starting a family. We suggest that after careful consideration and consultation they can adjust one of their job from full-time to part-time. Given that their lifestyle is based on their high salary, we suggest that Nick adjust his working hours in order to balance family and work.

Ramon should have seen it coming as he has been consistently working for the same company for more than half his life. While I would agree that he should have left earlier, it also poses as a risk as he may find it difficult to find another job he will be satisfied with. It depends on what Ramon chooses. He realized that his engineering skills were obsolete, which was a good thing because it meant he was able to reflect on his own problems. If he chooses to leave the company early, he should pay to go back to school. As a person who only knows backward technology, learning new technology is very important to find a job in the current society, because the company will not choose the person who only knows backward technology. If he does not choose to retrain, then he should start thinking about these few things "what he can do." "And" What should he do?" . This will guarantee him a job, and if he can find the right answer to both questions, he will have no problem not going back to school. After all, going back to school doesn't really matter to him if he thinks he's going to be a cook or a 711 clerk to support himself and be content with the status quo.
