Interaction Design is to build good relation between people and devices and make people have a very interactive experience and not feeling board or lost when using the devices.
To achieve all this we need to know what is the normal behavior of a human, what is their preference and liking, so that we can design a device that can better interact with people.
Unlike Product Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture.Visual design is focus on the interface and graphic design of the APP and not the interaction with the user(https://www.interaction-design.org/literature/topics/visual-design).
Product design is the process which create the best APP for the user, getting feedback and make improvement on that product to get the best design.(https://uxdesign.cc/what-is-product-design-d95cd5339f5c)
Information Architecture is about how you arrange something to make it more understandable for everyone and how is it different from Interaction Design is that it is part of the Interaction design but not all. Interaction Design is not just the arrangement of the buttons and things.()

Interaction design process have 6 steps： Research, Ideation, Design, Prototyping, Observation and Iteration as needed.
We research for possible problems related to the project and give ideas for possible solution. This research process should not stop as more data gathered will give us more information for us to analysis.
Then Idea is given, we should take down all the possibilities and then choose few of the best to consider further. Finally we take the best to pursue.
After that we create models and test them for their function whether it can solve the problem. Observation is make to how the APP work as we are design for others and not designers to use. Changers will be make according to customers needs to further improve the product and we have to make sure the user experience for the performance, usability, accessibility is top

Activity 1
Client A:
We understand your pains but prototyping is a very important process for your site/app because without it you might not like the first look of the the site/app. As for the User Interface design we need to get feedback from you as for the placement of the buttons and the icons to use. Also the content for the site/app we need feedback for the font size and style. As you are the owner of the business you know what suit the user best therefore we need to do a prototype first and gather the feedback to come out with a version which will better serve your customers.

Client B:
This is not the final product for publish but a simple prototype for you to get a feel of how it looks like. As for the boxes and lines. That is the placeholders for your content, it is use to show you where your item will be placed and for the color it is gray so that you will not get distracted by the colors. We are focusing on the layout and content. The 'lorem ipsum' is just a random text to fill into the content. You just need to get a feel of the font size and font style, if it suits your site/app.

Client C:
I need you to go through the pages and check if everything you need is there, and the layout is correct. Also if you are able to let the user to test it out then we can gather the feedback and do the last correction. As the user do not know how it works it can better test the site/app's functionality. Once everything is done we can add in the color of your choice and we can give you the working site/app for you to use.
