1. My 5 Themes:
Discipline, Harmony, Responsibility, Relator, Empathy

2. My Responsibility theme describes me best because I use it each and every day in all aspects of my life. I am very committed, dependable, and always want to do things correctly. An image that describes my responsibility theme best is my dog, Maggie. English Bulldog's are a breed known for being high maintenance with health issues. It takes a lot of responsibility (time, follow through, care, and accountability) to keep her feeling her best, but she is such a bright light in our family that it is so worth it.

3. The theme that surprised me the most was Relator, because I can be reserved and introverted. However, I further read that this theme pulls me toward people I already know and I can definitely see that in my relationships.

In college, I will use Discipline and Responsibility the most. I will need to hold myself accountable to get my work done and show up to class prepared/ready to learn. I will need to be disciplined in my studies and do things that need to be done so I can achieve great things

Jackie Mitchell 1. My 5 Themes: Achiever, Learner, Discipline, Input, Individualization 2. The theme that describes me best is Achiever, because it is applicable to all aspects of my life. I tend to set goals for myself each day, and don't feel satisfied if I have failed to meet those goals. I make "To Do" lists regularly, and love crossing things off of the list. I respond well to many small, short term goals. For school, I usually make a list of my assignments and their due dates, and check them off as I go. In my spare time, I always have things I want to accomplish. My fiance' gives me a hard time because I never just "relax." We have a new house, and I've had a running list of "Things to Do" in the house for months. The list might have 10 things on it to start, and when I complete one of the items, I cross it off and I feel rewarded. I, however, almost ALWAYS add another task to the next list I make. I have attached my list from today! We're heading to Legoland for the weekend after the kids are home from school. 3. The theme that surprised me the most was Discipline. I do tend to be a "disciplined" person, in that I am able to visualize my goals and take the steps that are necessary to achieve them, but I don't beat myself up over every little detail. The description says I need precision, but that I am not neat and clean, which is comical, because I am ridiculous when it comes to order and cleanliness. I do function well with a routine, but I also understand that the routine for one day might not be the same as the routine for the next. The themes that I anticipate using most in college are Learner and Discipline. I have always been excited to learn new things, and that is exactly what college is about! As I shared before, I've been a nurse for 10 years, and worked with the same practice for the entire time. I am more than familiar with all things Otolaryngology related, but felt like I was standing still. There is a certain comfort level that comes from being an "expert" in something, but the thrill of learning new things is much more exciting to me. I plan on using Discipline in order to make sure I meet all deadlines, and that I am able to do well in school, and still be a positive/present family member to my fiance' and kids.

1. My 5 Themes : Focus, Discipline, Intellection, Futuristic, Competition

2.The theme that describes me best would be Focus, only because once I have something in mind, I do everything I can to reach it. Whether it’s learning about a specific topic, obtaining or achieving something with meaning or improving myself in a certain area. I tend to never give up. With the factor of me setting daily goals and constantly thinking on what can I do next to get to the next step. Although, something that can connect with my Focus would be investing. Recently, I gain a strong interest in anything with investments, so I decided that I would learn as much as I could in a short period of time to begin moving foward with my greater goals. Since, early December I’ve learned so much and my focus hasn’t stop since. My progress has continued due to my constant focus on my long-term goals.

3.The theme that surprised me is Discipline, only because recently have I become a very structured person. I believe the reason is my job, which takes majority of my time away. So, I have to organize and make sure I do everything I need to do everyday, with the bit of time I have available.

In college I will use Focus & Discipline, to set myself for an end result that I’m satisfied with. Doing so by completing my assignments as soon as possible. Researching and learning everything that is valuable to my life. Meeting new people, building great long term relationships and creating a clientele.

The theme that best describes me is consistency because I believe that no matter what direction you're heading towards in life, consistency is going to take you where you need to be. When I really want something, I don't give up when things get hard because anything you want, you can manifest. The theme I feel describes me best is "Achiever", because everyday I try to do my best in school, work and home. I include this theme into everyday by accomplishing a goal even if its small.

An image that describes me Achieving something is when I was first starting to learn to draw blood. This was a big achievement for me and it made me feel proud because it made me feel sure that I wanted to be in the medical field.
3. The theme that surprised me the most was Harmony because I try to avoid conflict and keep my views to myself. As I read more I learned that people with a signature view as Harmony do try to avoid conflict while trying to keep everyone together in peace.

In college the two themes I will continue to use are Positivity and Restorer; because those are the two unifying themes that will help me look forward into the future with open arms (positivity) and will motivate to achieve my goals in life.

1. My five signature themes are Deliberative, Futuristic, Analytical, Intellection, and Learner.
2. The theme that I believe most aptly describes me is Deliberative. The reason why I believe this to be he most accurate theme is because I am a careful, private person and those are attributes described in the report. I am cautious and I do choose my friends carefully. The Deliberative theme mostly means that you are careful and you take your time with making decisions because you weigh their impacts in your head and choose the best one for everyone. The image I would pick to represent this would be a picture of a scale because I am deliberative in the way that I find a balance between achieving my goals and choosing the best decision for myself and others.
3. The theme that surprised me was Futuristic. I had always been focusing my life towards my goal of being a neurosurgeon in the future but I did not really see myself as constantly thinking as the future or as a futurist. The more I think about times that I think about the future the more this one makes sense to me, however this was the least expected result.
The theme which I believe I will use the most in college is the Intellection theme. I think this would be the most important towards my college success because it is my thought process. It means that I like do challenge my brain and I believe that to be very important to doing well.

If I say that I'm gonna get something done on a certain day I will make sure that it gets done on that day. " There is only one person responsible for where you are today and where you'll be tomorrow". I really like this quote because it is saying that there is only one person who is responsible for the actions that we make.
3. The theme that surprised me the most was input because I try to avoid and archive all kinds of information because I don't like to have a lot of information it can cause a lot of clutter.

1. My 5 Themes: Strategic, Input, Futuristic, Communication, and Woo.
2. The theme that best describes me would be Input because the report description says I like to collect things (like information and/or tangible items) because I find them interesting, which right on the money. The report also says I have trouble throwing out thing because you never know when you might need and that is exactly my mind-frame. The picture I have chosen to represent Input is a picture of my ever-growing collect of Polaroid pictures on my wall. (As you may notice, one of the pictures is completely blank and that is because I took the picture at the beach with the wrong setting on, so it was too bright. "But Claire, if it is blank why did you keep it?" Because I cannot throw it away, crazy right?)
3. The theme that surprised me the most was Strategic, not that I didn't agree with the description, more so that it was explained in a way I would not have used to describe myself. While the always thinking "what if this" part of the analysis was accurate, I think the "strike" was a little too aggressive and straight-forward of a word to describe me.
The themes I will use most through college will be Communication and Futuristic. The Futuristic will be my solace when things get to frustrating and my drive when I am overwhelmed. Communication will be the key for building connections and getting things done.

The reason why I select this theme over the others four is because I want to be a recognized person in my area for my academic preparation, experience, success and human skills. Having that significant in the people I could be heard and known. Warren Buffet is a clear example of a persona that in his path to success he have won the respect and admiration of all the financial word.
3. The theme that surprise me the most was Competition, because I always focus on be the best me and achieve my own goals, in few cases I take care if the people is doing better or not than me. Without caring about the rest, I always demand myself.

In college I consider the theme that I will use more is Focus,.

1. My five signature themes: Strategic, Relater, Competition, Command, and Analytical.
2. The theme that describes me is strategic. I tend to play out alternate scenarios in order to evaluate the potential obstacles based on my choices. In this way, I am able to make selections and discard the paths that lead to nowhere. Once I select a path to take I commit to it and follow it through. This picture acts as a visual representation of the different paths or decisions to make and their consequences. This relates to my theme by showing the ability to assess the circumstances for each path before making a final decision.
3. The theme that surprised me is competition. Though I can be competitive against others in sports and other activities, I compete with myself in other aspects. I strive to be the best that I can be rather than being better than others. I am not always concerned about the performance of others around me despite what the theme suggests.
4. The themes I will use the most in college are strategic and competition. I will use strategy to think about the goal I want to achieve and the path I will take to reach it. The competition theme will be used to measure my progress.

While I do not understand people as easily as the theme's description suggests, I do tend to try to figure out the reasons why people act the way they do. People make all kinds of decisions that are not always seen as good choices from an outside perspective, it is through understanding the motives and logic behind it can we start understanding though not always accepting the choice.

"Empathy begins with understanding life from another person's perspective. Nobody has an objective experience in reality. It's all through our own individual prisms."
- Sterling K. Brown

3. The theme that surprised me the most would be Developer. While I do support and encourage other people's decisions, I never really thought of myself as a person that would create experiences or challenges for to enhance the growth of other people. I do acknowledge the concept that people individually aren't really fully formed but rather always changing with plenty of different possibilities before them.

For college I suppose my most useful theme would be Adaptability. Being able to react to curveballs thrown my way, is a particularly handy trait, whether it is pop quizs, practicals, group assignments, or sudden time constraints.

The theme that really surprised me was Relator becuase it really got me when it said "The more you share with each other, the more you risk together. The theme that best describes me is Achiever because I feel like I wasted a day if I didn't do anything productive that makes me feel like I achieved something. It makes me keep moving forward. "Many of the great Achievements of the world were accomplished by tired and discouraged people who kept working". This quote in my opinion is a perfect match for my theme because it described me at one point being "discouraged" it made me want to work even harder and achieve my goals for my future. I wake up everyday with a goal to keep my life moving forward in a productive way!

3. The theme that surprised me was "Competition" because I'm not really the person that cares about other peoples performances I care more about my performance than anything else! Why focus my attention on others when I more important things to put my attention on.

4. The themes I see myself using for college the most are "Focus", and "Achiever" because those two themes makes me want to go to school and set a bright productive future for myself. I wake up with goals for college and the focus is for what I picture seeing myself in the future which is a Nurse.

1. My Signature Themes are restorative, empathy, developer, harmony, and relator. The theme that I feel resonates the most with me is Empathy.
2. Empathy, as described, is the ability to understand people and their choices and opinions. It does not mean that I agree with everyone's opinions but simply that I respect them. People who are empathetic help voice other people's emotions. I must agree with that theme because I do try my hardest every day to be an understanding person. I really do try to put myself in someone else's shoes. Friends usually come to me to discuss their problems and how they are feeling. I always try to see where they are coming from as well as the other person on the opposite side of the debate.
3. "Change begins with understanding and understanding begins by identifying oneself with another person: in a word, empathy. The arts enable us to put ourselves in the minds, eyes, ears and hearts of other human beings." Richard Eyre. This quote from Richard Eye full grasps my understanding of empathy and why I obtain it. I think that the arts have helped me become more empathetic and has exposed me to a lot more people. Being surrounded by a lot of different people and getting into a lot of different characters requires you to be open minded.
4.The theme of Developer surprised me the most. I don’t necessarily look for people with potential as Clifton Strengths described. I do not like changing people, however, I do like helping them on their journey to success. I like helping my friends out with anything and it makes me super happy to see them succeed. However, whether they succeed or not it does not have to do much with me, they have worked for that and wanted it for themselves. That being said, I do tend to like people who are motivated and have goals.
5.The theme I believe I will use the most in college is empathy and relator because it will help me connect to many people. It is important to make connections with people in college because you'll never know what opportunities will arise from that in the future. Another great thing about having friends in school is that you can help each other out with schoolwork. In my career specifically, I must be a great communicator and be able to work with all kinds of people and so being empathetic and a relator will come to my advantage.

1. My Signature themes: Strategic, Relator, Context, Competition and Intellection.
2. Out of my top five themes the one that most embodies me is the theme of intellection. At one point in the description of the theme it states '...you are your own best companion..." I particularly like this because I am extremely introspective and often bounce ideas and goals off of myself. The image I chose is very representative of this trait. I like it because although I do think that much I don't often find the need to express these thoughts to make them any more concrete or real. Not to be confused with the fact that I will say them if I find it necessary, that being said it is a rare occurence.
3. I pretty much expected something the lines of what I got. I believe it goes back to my strength in introspection. I know who I am and therefore can guesstimate what it is that my results will be.
The traits that I expect to put into use during my college career and likely my entire life have a big mix of the strategic and intellection traits. I plan to strategically overcome obstacles and weaknesses and I will make these strategies and weaknesses clear by using the trait of intellection

My Signature Themes: Consistency, Deliberative, Responsibility, Learner and Harmony.
1. Consistency. Balance is important to me. In direct contrast to this world of special favors, I believe that people function best in a consistent environment where the rules are clear and are applied to everyone equally. This is an environment where people know what is expected. It is predictable and evenhanded. It is fair. Here each person has an even chance to show his or her worth.
2. Deliberative. I'm careful. I'm a private person. I feel that the world is an unpredictable place. Everything may seem in order, but beneath the surface I sense the many risks. Rather than denying these risks, I analyze and face each one out into the open. Then each risk can be identified, assessed, and ultimately reduced. Thus, I' am a fairly serious person who approaches life with a certain reserve.
3. Harmony. In my view there is little to be gained from conflict and friction, so I seek to hold them to a minimum. When I know that the people around me hold differing views, I try to find the common ground. In my view we are all in the same boat, and we need this boat to get where we are going. It is a good boat. There is no need to rock it just to show that I can.
All my themes were accurate, so I had no quarrel with the results. The areas I will use the most are Consistency and Responsibility in order to stay focused within school.

1. My Signature Themes: Strategic, Competition, Activator, Futuristic, and Achiever.
2. Out of my top five themes i believe Competition describes me the best. I have always been a competitive person since a young age. I also compete on a regular basis in dance competition. Competitions, games, bets, etc. excite me and I always strive to win but if I don't win, I take it how it is and grow thicker skin from it.
3. All of my signature themes describe me as a person for the most part so I wasn't surprised to see any of them, but if I had to choose one that "surprised" me I would say Activator. I only say this because I usually do start things and I am very excited to get into new things but I have lazy tendencies so if I am not feeling something one day, it will definitely be a drag to get anything started for me. I plan on using the futuristic theme the most in college because my future and what I'm working to in the long run really motivates me to get a lot of things done.

Makes my day.

3. The theme that surprised me the most would have to be Empathy. I myself am not one to be all emotional but sometimes other people’s emotions do rub off onto me.

1. My signature themes are Empathy, Connectedness, Intellection, Developer, and Input.
2. The theme that I feel describes me the best is empathy. It makes sense that this was my first theme. I am a very emotional person who feels very strongly for others. This is where my passion for social justice comes from and explains the choices I make in my daily life. This can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. A quote from my favorite movie ( The Perks of Being a Wallflower) captures that feeling well. Charlie says " There's so much pain, you know? And I don't know how to not notice it." I resonated with that a lot. I feel everything and I feel strongly.
3. The theme that surprised me the most was connectedness. Not because I felt it didn't apply, but rather because I didn't realize before how true it is for me. I have always felt like every thing has to have a purpose and that everyone is a part of something greater. The theme I expect to use the most in college is input. I think that in these years I will collect loads of new knowledge, memories and experiences. All of which will be useful for me later on in life.

" You revel in taking the world we all know and turning it around so we can view it from a strange but strangely enlightening angle.
