Deze Padlet stuur ik naar alle koorleden van het IJburgkoor, De Bloesjes en Internationaal Vrouwenkoor.
Voor invullen: druk op gele + (knop) onderaan. Vul je naam in, wat je meeneemt en voor hoeveel personen en bewaar.

Ik verwacht circa 80-90 personen inclusief de koorleden.
Bakjes met eten niet meer dan 10-15 personen per bakje.

Ik neem op kosten van het IJburgkoor wegwerpbestek mee: lepels, vorken, messen, bordjes, servetjes.
En van huis tafelkleden en 2 grote messen en kleine messen.

Grote opscheplepels voor salades graag zelf meenemen. Noteer je naam op de lepels!

Koffie (€1,25), thee (€1,25), frisdrank (€2), wijn en bier (€2,50) worden door FlexBieb geregeld. Daarmee ondersteunen wij hen.

Voor 80-90 personen. Ook 5 bakjes salade (tonijn, pasta, enz.) voor 10-15 personen per bakje.

Iedereen kan jouw bijdrage meelezen, zodat niet dezelfde hapjes, salades, enzovoort worden gekozen.
Alle grote en kleine maaltijden en noten enzovoort worden na ons optreden op een grote tafel in het midden van FlexBieb uitgestald.
Tijdens het optreden en de wisseling van de koren worden geen dranken en hapjes verstrekt. Alleen tijdens de pauze van 15.15 - 15.35 uur. En na 16.15 uur.
 
SUGGESTIES voor onze 9e IJburgse Korendag 2023 - wij rekenen op 80 tot 90 personen.
Maak gewoon iets waar je goed in bent!

- 6 stokbroden of 2 x 3
- Melba toast: 10 pakjes of 2 x 5
- diverse (borrel)noten: voor ontvangst en pauze, reken op 2 x 90 personen en neem kleine of grote zakken mee. Noteer wat je meeneemt.
- 4 soorten salades voor 15 personen per bowl/bakje (bijvoorbeeld pastasalade, couscous, aardappelsalade, tonijnsalade, Griekse salade (met komkommer, feta, zwarte olijven, tomaten)
- 6 verschillende cakes (marmercake, citroencake, chocoladecake of eigengemaakte cake) - wordt vóór aanvang optreden uitgedeeld en tijdens de pauze
- indien mogelijk 3 verschillende (kleine) quiches (uit AH of zelfgemaakte en thuis alvast opwarmen, dan zijn ze het lekkerst)
- 50 kleine gehaktballetjes (mogen ook over een paar koorleden worden verdeeld dus ieder 15 stuks of zo)
- 10 zakken borrelnoten/noten (of 2/3 zakken per persoon) 
- kleine tomaatjes, komkommers in kleine driehoekjes, kleine worteltjes en dipsaus (dipsaus bij AH te koop)
- 5 hele grote zakken chips en/of nacho's met dipsaus
- (kleingesneden) fruit: 3 bakjes voor elk 20 personen (aardbeien, frambozen, enz.)
- je kan natuurlijk ook je eigen gerechtjes meenemen, noteer ze op Padlet
- vind je dat ik te weinig of teveel opgeef, dan zelf bedenken wat beter is, lees wat anderen meenemen
