         <title>AUBERGINE AND FETA</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>3 aubergines</p></li><li><p>2 cloves of garlic</p></li><li><p>feta cheese crumbled</p></li><li><p>olive oil</p></li><li><p>salt</p></li><li><p>pepper</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><ol><li><p>Preheat your oven to 190 degrees. Prepare a tray by covering it with parchment paper.</p></li><li><p>Slice the aubergines lengthwise. Gently crush the garlic and rub it over the flesh of the aubergines (1 garlic clove for each aubergine). Drizzle all over with olive oil.</p></li><li><p>Place the aubergines on baking tray. Sprinkle with salt.</p></li><li><p>Bake the aubergines for 15 minutes and then turn onto the other side for another 15 minutes (add a bit more olive oil). </p></li><li><p>Add the feta cheese crumbled on top and put the aubergine back into the oven for 2 minutes (if preferred slightly melted)</p></li><li><p>Top your aubergines with more feta, salt and pepper and serve whilst still warm.</p><p><br/></p></li></ol><p>BON APPÉTIT !!!</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Crumbed Feta Cheese </p></li><li><p>Balsamic Glaze </p></li><li><p>Olive oil</p></li><li><p>Oregano </p></li><li><p>Sliced Red Onion</p></li><li><p>Red / Yellow / Green Pepper </p></li><li><p>Cucumber </p></li><li><p>Olives </p></li><li><p>Tomatoes </p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>SO simple but so fresh and yummy! Slice all your veggies to around the same size, I like to match the size of half a slice of cucumber as this is the closest to a real Greek salad! Make sure to crumble up your feta, use plenty of oregano, olive oil and balsamic glaze and mix! :)</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><p><br/></p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <title>Bananes Flambées au Rhum, Glace Vanille </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ingrédients pour 4 Personnes </p><p>4 Bananes </p><p>10g de beurre </p><p>75g sucre</p><p>1dl eau</p><p>50ml Rhum brun</p><p>4 boules de glaces vanille </p><p><br/></p><p>Dans une poêle, caraméliser blond le beurre et sucre puis à feu moyen caraméliser les bananes dans le caramel des 2 cotés (en évitant de bouger trop les bananes pour ne pas les casser) </p><p>Enlever la poêle du feu et ajouter le Rhum</p><p>Puis après 2/3 secondes flamber avec la flamme </p><p>Ajouter l’eau et porter à ébullition </p><p>Servir avec une belle boule de glace vanille </p>]]></description>
