I was taught by my colleague how to make proper drinks to customer. For example, to make a glass of Teh 'O' Ais that not too sweet and able to drinks by customer, I need to put 2 tbsp of sugar only. The owner told that sometimes they also make mistakes like the drinks is too bitter or too sweet. As for today, my owner did give me task to serve drinks towards customer. For the first time to serve drinks to customer, I was nervous but still doing my best to served it. There is some situation where one of the customers did complain about his drinks which is Nescafe Ais was too sweet. After considering, he put me in the chicken rice and rojak mee section. Since I am a new worker here, so my colleague teaches me how to prepare chicken rice dish properly. From what I learned, there were many customer likes the chicken parts like drumstick and chicken wings. I like this task because it is easier than prepare chicken rice. All the ingredient of the rojak are ready and cooked by chef at the kitchen. I learned how to prepare the rojak. The first step is I need to put the noodles, then put the other ingredient like 'jemput-jemput', tofu, half of an egg, sliced chicken. For today, I was in charge to take care of the dishes. Since this restaurant provide food in the lunchtime, so many people came to this restaurant to have their lunch break here. This restaurant provides many ‘kampung’ dishes such as ‘Ikan Singgang’, ‘Ikan Baung Masak Tempoyak’ and also fried chicken.
