The need for a more robust evalution criteria ( bulding upon the inital four attribute) for determening a hotel´s engagement score. Determining attributes for the engament evaluation criteria was at the core of the HES innovation. A hotel`s overall engament score would be the weighted avarage of all of its attribute scores. Therefore, it was necessary for the attribuets to fully represent the engagement scope.
