Red: Food and Drinks, something I crave

Purple: Films, I can’t be happier watching good movies

Light green: Self-care, calmness from self-reflection and meditation

Yellow: happiness and warmth, like a sunflower

Red: growth and nourishment from eating

Brown: grounded to the earth and the present moment

dark blue= where I feel anxious. Around arms and legs since I use exercise as an outlet and on my neck because I get flushed cheeks when stressed.

Brown represents strength, and orange represents positivity. I hope I can exercise positively to make my arms and thighs strong.

Green represents growth, and I hope my body stays healthy.

Yellow represents optimism, and my heart is kind and optimistic.

The dark green in my heart symbolizes both physical and mental health.

Light Pink: represents my mom and her love and unwavering support.

Blue: my sister, since she is my built in best friend

Purple: Represents my friends and loved ones

Orange: Represents my health and fitness

Green: represents nature and how it always helps to ground me

Magenta (hands): Represents my hobbies since they always bring be so much joy

Red: friends and family because they make me feel warm and loved

Orange: walking my dog (my dog is an orange corgi)

Green: going on walks/exploring new places because I usually see a lot of trees/greener when I do this

Dark green: self-growth. A pervasive, fundamental value.

Red: pressure. I’m burdened with uncertainty regarding my future. The red mind and feet represent overthinking and feeling pressure with every step I take.

Yellow: humour. Brackets all four sides of my core because humour guards my vulnerable truths.

Purple: work. Continuous actions to achieve my goals. Purple hands and feet represent constant creation and movement.

Blue: friends/family. It never directly touches red because I find it difficult to share my deepest vulnerabilities with others.

Black = Negative emotions

I think a lot about my mom and her wellbeing because she's been one of the most important people in my life. She encourages me to continue and raises me up, which is why she is near the arms and head. My partner is there to guide me through the rough patches and makes me warm which explains why they are on my hands and cheeks. My interests and continuous pursual of things to do are what keep me going, which is why they are my legs, they keep me up and moving. The dark skribbles represent my hardships and negative emotions.

Purple (on my arms) is for my hobbies and passions that allow me to express myself and my emotions

Yellow (my belly and head) is for laughter that comes from surrounding myself with things and people that make me laugh

Light blue (around my ears) is for music and media that I resonate with and helps me feel validated

Green (around my feet) is for keeping grounded in nature and staying active

Orange (marks on the perimeter) is for the work and roles I’ve had that I find fulfilling and I hope leaves a mark

Pink (spiral and around body) is for who I am at my core, my continued growth, as well as my faith

Dark Blue/Grey: where I feel tense and unsettled often both physically and emotionally — my mind and gut that struggles to make decisions and is often clouded by anxiety.

Yellow: where smiles lie and cheeks rose, where joy is most felt.

Red: where the burning, passionate feelings are around closest loved ones—where I most need hugs and embrace.

Green: where I make, create, and play. Mouth to song, hands to strings or keys, or to pen and paper, and legs and feet to sports and dancing.

Green for a happy and healthy mind.

Red for a strong body , I want my legs especially to be strong and I can achieve this through exercise.

Blue - symbolizes intelligence , trust and sadness which I think you need some of to feel happy.

Yellow for my heart which symbolizes compassion and optimism.

Red arms and torso: Strength, composure, and posture from years of dance and lessons learned from it.

Pink core: Represents the softer side of me, the love I hold for my friends and family.

Purple Core: represents fierce loyalty I hold to my loved ones, and the bravery that I'm capable of.

Purple legs: Movement, strength, they keep me pushing throughout my long days.
