Step 1 – Identifying the purpose (Module 2)
What is it for? Who is it relevant for? Who does it involve? Who are the actors?
Step 2 – Identifying the issues (Module 2)
What are the needs? What are the issues to be addressed? And, based on that, what are the objectives?
Step 3 – Exploring the possible directions (Module 3)
What are the opportunities? What are the possible / desired scenarios? Who will support it? Who will resist? 
Step 4 – Creating the possible paths (Module 3)
How can this be achieved? What is necessary in order to make it happen? What are the tools? What are the competences?

Classes should be embedded into pedagogy curricula so that student gain basic knowledge on global education. After that I would like to conduct need analysis and connect it with current situation of ”forgotten” migrants that are in Croatia. With students, I will try to find partners in this process and partners will be from Actors that I identify before. Weakest link is for me: public private partnerships and multidisciplinary and cross-sectorial interest groups.
