They certainly rose to the occasion when it came to providing food for our communities. That function would have been smoother had they planned and innovated a little more the last five years. I am on the hotline staff for the National Runaway Safeline, based here in Chicago, who youth who are in crisis or who have runaway from home can call for help finding resources. I also work with newly housed refugee children and have done extensive work in hospitals as both a volunteer and nurse assistant. 

Outside of business, I love to sing and was in lots of choirs in high school. I also am into fashion and all things beauty. I love my two dogs and my cat and hanging out with my family. Nice to meet you all!

J Crew has become notorious for its fairly plain but overly expensive clothing that, in my experience, isn't of that much of a higher quality than something like Gap or even Zara. It wasn't justifiable for many people to spend that much on new J Crew clothes, especially when last season's clothes that were in thrift stores looked similar to current seasons. When the pandemic hit and demand for nicer clothing went down, J Crew was definitely hit even as they tried to introduce luxury loungewear collections. As for areas of growth from 2021 I would say working with others as well as being independent as we were all online working on our own. Plans for growth in 2022, I would say communicating with others especially in person. I am dying to go back to class and meet new people.

Loyola does have a department for student diversity and multicultural affairs as well as other clubs and centers for students of different ethnicities, religions, gender identities, sexuality, and cultures, but I do not Loyola supports them to the extent it should. I have heard from the head of the Department of Equity and Inclusion that Loyola is beginning to incorporate training regarding ethnicity and racism into their required Title IX faculty training. I grew more independent in 2021 and 2022 I hope to grow my time management skills to handle a lot of chaos at one time. 
At Loyola I am a part of the Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity and enjoy spending time at both the LSC and WTC campus.
