After watching Atticus' speech, I felt that he was a sincere person. When the majority expressed a common opinion, he gave a different answer. His words were logical and calm. He also relieved the defendant of something that was extremely unfair. However, despite these efforts, the jury decided to ignore his words. No one person can stop the flow of the times.

Atticus' words were impressive to me because I knew how difficult it was to assert racial equality at that time. In particular, in the part of saying "all men are created equal", I could feel Atticus' tremendous courage. Everyone knows the truth but they couldn't tell it, and I think Atticus has a lot of credit for bringing the uncomfortable truth to the surface. Now, racial discrimination has decreased a lot, but it is still common to see Asians discriminated against when they go abroad. That's why I think people like Atticus are needed even in this day and age. Until everyone can know that all humans are equal, it will take many people's efforts.

After reading Atticus' speech, I was very impressed. Even though he is white, he felt great in that he defended for black people in the 1960s, when black racism was severe. Also, the most impressive thing was that Atticus criticized black racism very logically and calmly. Even in our current society, social minorities exist, and they are also discriminated against. In order to help them, I thought that we need a person like Atticus in our society now. I think society seems to be a little bright because there are people who are working hard for social minorities. In order to move forward to a better society, I think it is important to change into a society where we can all respect social minorities.

After the mid-1960s, psychedelic rock symbolized by the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was popular, and hippie culture was popular along with it. The hippie culture, represented by All You Need Is Love, became a big success with the support of the hippie people. The 1960s was an era when various ideologies were expressed in many ways, and the music industry was no exception.

Typically, the Beatles were the most iconic in the music world, and ideologically since the mid-1960s, even the incarnation of the social and cultural movement at the time, the Beatles have recognized various ideologies such as pacifism, secularism, egalitarianism, and individualism as a kind of imposing mainstream.

Detroit's Motown Records emerged during this period as a major change occurred in the black music industry, where white people took the initiative in rock and roll. Instead of being based on authentic black music genres such as R&B, jazz, and blues, they quickly analyzed trends in the pop music industry and released different and popular songs.

They led black music, which had been declining in rock and roll, to its second heyday, and were influenced by Motown musicians to create funk, and based on this, new genres such as disco and dance pop will be born later on. The people from this place are also colorful, including Marvin Gay, Stevie Wonder, and Supremes, and Michael Jackson, who appeared like a comet in the 1980s, also debuted in Motown as a group called the Jackson 5, and began his musical career with popularity. In addition to Motown musicians, veteran black musicians such as Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, and James Brown maintained the R&B genre in the 1950s, contributing greatly to the development of soul and the creation of the punk genre in the 60s.

It was also a time when avant-garde jazz and free jazz, including John Coltrane and Impulse! Records, were in their heyday. In the late '60s, Miles Davis created Fusion Jazz.

(Kurt Vonnegut) - Slaughterhouse-Five (1969)

(Harper Lee) - To Kill a Mockingbird (1960)

(Sylvia Plath) - The Bell Jar (1963)

(Thomas Pynchon) - V. He persevered through hardship and adversity for his beliefs, clearly articulating our duty to stand against racial discrimination and prejudice. His words went beyond a mere courtroom speech; they carried a profound awareness and sense of accountability toward society. Atticus emphasized the importance of treating all individuals equally and with respect, regardless of whom we worship. With this understanding, we realize the imperative of coming together for a better society ahead.

I had never thought deeply about the discrimination caused by differences in skin color. This is because there were few opportunities to meet people of different races, and even if they did, there were only a few. That's why I was indifferent to the issue of racism, and I was able to think about the seriousness of the issue of racism through this book, which presents a specific situation where I can immerse myself. I want to be a person who can help others even when they are discriminated against, not only when I am angry when I am racist. I think it is an important procedure to live in a globalized society.

I wish I were a jury when he talk to people in court. Then I must have heard his opinion. I hope he don't feel helpless about Tom. If he lived without bending his will, he would find someone who thought the same way as him. Society needs someone like him. If a man like him reappears after death, i will surely be by his side then. I hope he'll be happy to read my essay. I hope he will continue to live his life without bending his will.

After reading Atticus' speech, I thought a lot. I think it's great that Atticus came out to defend black people in the racist society of the time. Atticus' belief that the law should be applied equally to everyone and that all human beings, regardless of race, should have dignity was impressive. In defense of Tom Robinson, he thought it was also worthy of emulation that he kept to the end what he believed was right even when his safety and social reputation could be threatened. I think it would be very reliable if there was at least one such righteous person around us. It's difficult to become someone like Atticus, but I should live with his attitude in my heart.

제리 앤 더 페이스메이커스, 서쳐스, 허먼즈 허미츠, <a rel="noopener noreferrer class="AmZeGAT5" href="https://namu.wiki/w/%EB%9F%B0%EB%8D%98">런던에서도 1963~4년경에 더 후, <a nofollow" class="AmZeGAT5" href="https://namu.wiki/w/%EB%A1%9C%ED%81%B0%EB%A1%A4">로큰롤 음악이 태동하게 된 것이었다.

그러나 1964년 캐피톨사에서 발매한 첫 비틀즈 미국 앨범 'Meet the Beatles'가 그 철없는 10대들의 열광적 호응에 힘입어 미국에서 대히트를 쳤고, '<a rel="noopener noreferrer 프로그램이었던 에드 설리반 쇼(Ed Sullivan Shows)에 출연하였다.

Although I had read this book before, it was my first time watching the movie. Since I already new the story, I thought that it would not be as interesting as the book. However, seeing the scenes in this book that I had only thought of in my mind helped me get a better understanding of the historical background. Also, during the court scene, I experienced many emotions that I could not in the book.

This court scene also made me wonder if the white people in the audience felt guilt that they were willing to kill a human being just because he is black.
