One of the biggest challenges for me to implement digital transformation in my organization is the IT infrastructural limitations. Data privacy and the restriction to implement the cloud-based system are limiting digital growth. What is required to overcome this challenge is to do more research on a similar organization with the same IT intrastate and adapt to the same technologies.

One of the gaps is the overstated expectation of transformation result. People may assume the new tools will be perfect and provide immediate improvements. When this is not the case, it can lead to frustration and disappointment.

To fill this gap, it is crucial to manage stakeholders' expectations effectively, e.g. providing clear and honest information about the capabilities and limitations of new digital tools and their expected outcomes. It is also important to note the effort from the entire team in continuously testing and improvement process.
