I thought of this sitting around. What do people consider healthy? Well, let's have a look! What's considered healthy is foods that have what your body uses and not much else. Some are apples, avocados, bananas, blueberries, oranges, strawberries, other fruits, cherries, grapes, grapefruit, kiwi, lemons, mango, melons, olives, peaches, pears, pineapples, plums, raspberries, eggs, lean beef, chicken breasts, lamb, almonds, chia seeds, coconuts, macadamia nuts, walnuts, peanuts(No peanut butter!), asparagus, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber(I don't think pickles count, sadly. :( ), garlic, kale, onions, tomatoes(Technically a fruit.), artichokes, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, celery, (Why did this get censored? Without the space.) egg plant, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, radishes, squash, swiss chard, turnips, zucchini, salmon(Hey, that's what I'm having for dinner! Yum!), sardines, shellfish, shrimp, trout, tuna(How are tuna fish and a piano different? You can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish!), brown rice(Why not white?), oats, quinoa, ezekiel bread, homemade low-carb breads, green beans, kidney beans, lentils, cheese, whole milk, yogurt(Don't guzzle that whole container because I said it was healthy!), butter from grass-fed cows(Only these, otherwise its too fatty!), coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apple cider vinegar, and... dark chocolate? That's counterintuitive.
Credit to https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/50-super-healthy-foods !!!!!!!!!!!!! For the purposes of this top 10 list, I will leave out dairy-related products, as whoever's reading this may be lactose-intolerant. I'm also leaving out lembas from The Lord of the Rings books. My list includes salmon, dark chocolate(Of course!), almonds, celery, peanuts(Again, not peanut butter.), lemons, apples, blueberries, beef(Lean, of course!), and grapes.
10:Apples(No, they actually don't keep the doctor away.)
9:Celery
8:Grapes
7:Almonds
6:Blueberries
5:Lean Beef(And any beef for that matter, especially meatloaf. Yum!)
4:Dark Chocolate(Doesn't seem very healthy, so only a 4 instead of a 2. That's right, a 2.)
3:Lemons(I really, really like them, but they can be a bit sour.
2:Salmon(I like it, but not better than no.1!)
1:Peanuts (What can I say? They're delicious! )
Honorable mentions go to: lembas(Heh.), lettuce(For its place in salad), eggs, chicken breasts, broccoli(Yes, I like it. So what?), carrots, watermelon, and strawberries.
List of real foods(7, not lembas.) is:
7:Broccoli(Happy now?)
6:Carrots
5:Watermelon
4:Eggs
3:Chicken
2:Strawberries
1:Lettuce(I really like salad. Once I ate an entire bowl, I'd say half gallon, maybe 5 pounds worth, for lunch, and nothing else, not even a drink!)
Well, that's it. What do you like best?
