         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Music ATL </strong><br>Strengths<br><strong>- Social Skills: </strong>Through performance and composition tasks, the students are actively developing their ability to participate, communicate and collaborate. <br><strong>- Self-Management Skills: </strong>Students develop this skill greatly in Music as they have to take charge of their own learning and practice on their instrument. <br>Areas of Development<br>- <strong>Research Skills: </strong>This is developed in the IBDP, but could be filtered down into KS3 to build the skills useful for research. It would be great if there was a common approach that teachers were able to use across the school to ensure consistency.<br><br><strong>Music ATT<br></strong>Strengths<br>- <strong>Differentiation: </strong>Has to be evident in the Music Department with a large array of musical skills and experiences in the classroom. We do this well, but could be improved even further.&nbsp;<br>Areas of Development<br>-&nbsp;<strong>Informed by Assessment:&nbsp;</strong>We have been developing our assessment across KS3. This could be refined and developed even further so that each teacher is able to adapt more readily their lessons to suit the needs of the students. I believe in IGCSE and IBDP this is a strength. </div>]]></description>

From Maths - I will take the importance of supporting transference of skills; Business - supporting risk takers, so building the confidence of our neurodiverse and from music - how to support collaboration and how each individual person (musician) however different they (or instrument) are working together can produce something beautiful. </div>]]></description>
