Resilience is your mental toughness capability. When someone pushes you down, you get back up. For
most people, that's what happens, but without resilience, you wouldn't get back up.

To me resilience is the ability to bounce back or sustain strength in a time where a lot of pressure is on you. Resilience is when you are able to keep on fighting even when the going gets tough. I have practiced this when it comes to my grades, even though its seems impossible to fix them, I won't give up on myself, I will keep on trying.
