•Think about your visibility. Are you authentic? Are you present in the moment? Is your visibility strategic? 
•What are the obstacles you face as a leader in getting out of the office? How can you increase classroom visits to support the teaching and the learning? 
•Think about the type of feedback that helps you to learn and grow. How can you provide that feedback to others? 
•How do you build capacity for teachers to learn from each other?

•Think about your interactions with others. Are you building relationships? How are you doing this? Are there some interactions more difficult than others? Why do you think so? 
•Reflect on your ability to engage with others through empathy and exploring their perspectives through thoughtful conversation.
•Do you seek first to understand? 
•Are you demonstrating a deep regard for people? How do others see you? How do you see yourself?
•How are you actively nurturing relationships in the school setting? 

•What are some ways in which teachers in your school collaborate with one another? What are some obstacles that are inhibiting even greater professional collaboration
•How could you build on the successful collaboration already happening? 

•Do teachers observe each other? How can you facilitate this?  Peer coaching? Instructional rounds? 
•How do you move others to function as a team?
