1. Not having what I am used to in terms of a home environment; tranquility, standards of living that I am accustomed to and living with new personalities. AND then for the beginning at least - living with the people you work with. I like to compartmentalise - work at work and home at home :).
2.The instability of the pandemic, time had to be taken for adjustment; professional and personal.
3. Not being intellectually challenged at times.

2. An environment where all struggle can be discussed and is welcomed as an opportunity for growth;
3. An incredible natural environment that allows for deep connection with nature;
4. Spiritual guidance where and when needed;
5. Beautiful shared meals!
6. I get a lot of agency and ownership, and trust in what I want to do and develop, and a lot of opportunity to develop myself and my projects;
7. Deep connection through different activities we do together in an intercultural environment.

The main thing I take back now is passion; I feel like I've truly discovered how caring for nature is deeply interlinked with taking care of myself, and how I enjoy to learn and work on the field, tending to the soil, the plants and the trees. I know that this is something I'll continue doing for the rest of my life, and here I have the opportunity to learn a great deal about it.

1) EVERYTHING. So very grateful for the opportunity to be here, this opportunity -especially during a pandmic- and the lessons learnt and still to learn.
2) THE WORK - having a positive dynamic working environment (the staff is SO LOVELY) so ideas can be brought into life. So far 3 independent projects completed :) And one more will be done this week :D
3) BRAGA. Such a cool city to live in.....era uma vez. A very cool city to learn Portuguese in.
4) <3 - blessed to have met such incredible people
5) Exercising my independence
6) The joy of two wisdom teeth out hahah
7) Getting my first tattoo!
