Skype also allows the meetings to be held via video call, enabling employees to still see each other during the meeting, but without having them take the time to get to the conference room. Employees also have the ability to call into the meetings through their phone without enabling the camera, so they can also be a part of the meetings even if they are swamped with paperwork or prep work.
