Is there a system/formula to use when looking at a student who has a severe attendance challenge but teachers/staff have concerned that there is more going on with that student? Can they be assessed based on the number of days they have attended school instead of the number of days they have been enrolled in school to account for the attendance problem and to see if there is something going on besides the attendance issue? - Kelly Baalman
