         <description><![CDATA[<p>an area damaged by scraping or wearing away. Wash the scrape with clean water twice a day. Don't use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol, which can slow healing. You may cover the scrape with a thin layer of petroleum jelly, such as vaseline, and a non- stick bandage. Apply more petroleum jelly and replace the bandage as needed. Wash the scrape with clean water 2 times a day. </p>]]></description>

Keep the wound clean and dry for about 24-48 hours. thoroughly rinse out any dirt or debris  from the wound and clean the wound with soap and water. Apply petroleum jelly to the wound and cover it with a bandage to prevent dirt and germs from entering the wound. clean the wound daily, after cleaning reapply petroleum jelly and then bandage. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>a burn is an injury to the skin or other organic tissue primarily caused by heat or due to radiation, radioactivity, electricity, friction or contact with chemicals. Immediately immerse the burn in cool tap water or apply cold, wet compresses. Do not apply ointments, toothpaste, or butter to the burn, as these may cause an infection. wash the area gently and thoroughly with mild soap and water. Use a small amount of antibiotic ointment and a non stick dressing each day and let the wound heal. </p>]]></description>
