Trudging through days looking for light

Running through towns just to capture happiness

Jumping on a plane to find light

Far away from earth 

In another world 

Walking the abandoned roads 

Searching for what I lost 

In desperate need for adventure 

Calmly walking the towns 

Pure bliss of silence

Sun rising brightly for the first time 

Living the life I was meant to live 

Escaping reality and diving into adventure 

Plain brown branches stretching its limbs towards the sky

Leaves falling like parachutes coming out of a plane 

Running around the yard having the best time of your life 

The change in seasons bring the happiness of many people

Slightly warm weather mixed together with the cold 

Heavy jackets thrown over shoulders of workers picking up those who have fallen

Stepping indoors from cold to warm to see a piping cup of coco

Strolling down the pathway just to see the colors burst through the sky at night 

Wanting nothing more than to just snuggle under a warm blanket by the crackling fire. Orange, yellow, red surrounding the feet, is it a fire or another season

Crunching of plastic bags sound as you walk 

All that's going through the mind is tossing those colors back into the trees 

Tornados tear through the trees taking all of its protection for the harsh winter 

Lots to do before this season ends

Picking those ruby red apples in the lines 

Riding on the hay rides across the apple orchards 

Farmers rushing to gather before frosty comes 

scary faces showing on the porches of families in preparation of Halloween

Eventually everything will be gone and no more beautiful colors 

A light breeze throwing them backwards 

Disguised as a blackbird 

Flying away to different places each day 

Colors brighten up the path

The past behind us 

Water flowing inside like a river 

Darkness covered by color of freedom

Opening the wings and the beauty is shown

The colors hiding imperfections into magnificent wonders 

Wings painted with water colors held up and slowly rolling down the page 

Once was cage but now am free

Fire behind and clearness in front

Blessing in disguise 

Freedom was an open door for me 

Wandering anywhere I like in this world 

Walking this lonely world with a map full of colors leading me

No one around to bug me
