I regularly use GM resources and methodology. I use AP for writing (sentences and washing line etc) and ice with Mr P and some GC marking and feedback. However sometimes there is so much new things I forget them. Chats with my team about approaches help with this.

I remind children about learning powers and focus on our principles to encourage independent learning. I aim to encourage talking about explain it rather than answer and encourage Answer, Prove, Explain for tasks.I do need to allow more time for learning about learning, focused alot  in Autumn term but not so much direct teaching of it in spring term etc.

We all have a desire to continue to improve our teaching and the children's learning. I feel that we have lots of different new, great ideas but sometimes this is overload.
