         <description><![CDATA[<div>Not like that. More like a quotation from a source like a book. There are several ways to properly cite our sources, but the one that is most important to English scholars is MLA. Using MLA format and citations in our English papers is important for multiple reasons: 1. It forces the author to take ownership of their writing. In MLA format, your name is the very first thing on the page. Everyone reading it quickly recognizes who did the work. 2. You quickly give credit to contributing authors in a manner that allows readers to quickly find more of their work. Since very few arguments are an island, we give credit to others who have done work. Watch this video to get a brief idea of how MLA gives those authors credit.</div>]]></description>
