         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Vaginal discharge<br>   * lochia: blood, tissue, and mucus from the vagina. <br>- Perspires more and uses the bathroom more frequently<br>- Regular doctor visits to make sure that the mother is doing okay mentally and physically.  <br>- Hard time getting the proper sleep <br>- Need to get the proper nutrition and drink plenty of fluids to help during breast feeding. <br>- If anxious to lose wight make a "exercise plan".  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Vaginal discharge<br>       * Lochia: blood, tissue and mucus from vagina<br>- Perspires more and uses the bathroom more frequently.<br>- The uterus will slowly shrink but if you breastfeed it shrinks faster. <br>       * when breastfeeding the mother may experience some discomfort, soreness around the nipples. This tends to disappear within a few weeks.<br>- Medical Checkups: (postnatal) a physical exam that occurs after the mother has given birth. Doctor will answer questions and give advise about caring for the baby. <br>       *If you had an Episiotomy then it will be checked out during the visit as well.<br>- Getting the right amount of sleep and nutrition during the afterbirth is very crucial. <br>- If weight loss is needed then doctors recommend that you make a "exercise plan".    </div>]]></description>
