Ensuring that our lesson content and objective reach all of our students is already a tricky task, especially when you have ELLs in your class. These resources give you, the teacher, an opportunity to understand how you can successfully address the needs of your ELLs.

I had based this Educator Toolkit on a Unit that we have been doing in our 1st grade classroom called People Who Make a Difference. We have been reading many biographies about fantastic people who have made a great difference in the world. Students then get a chance to interview a person that they believe have made a difference in other's lives. I think this different tools could help this project and give students more tools to research and present their ideas.

I've found all these recourses extremely valuable throughout this year. Of the five, I've decided to focus my key assignment on Ten Frame Mania. While working with my intervention students, I felt this application helped to deeper their understanding of number sense. Any educators teaching in grades K-2 should give this app a try!

From what I am seeing in the classroom that I am doing my pre-practicum in, I've decided to relate my 5 technology resources to science:
1. Canva- although probably focused on ELA, this can be used for students to write about different topics in that they are learning about in science.
2. Green Screen app- This is a great app that students can use to create videos to present to the class. They can be creative and for example, create a news station reporting on something.
3. Google Classroom- Can be used for any and all classrooms to keep students and teachers connected.
4. Book Creator- Students can use what they are learning in science to create a book based on all of the information.
5. Flipgrid- Although we just recently learned about it, it seems like a great (and fun) way to get students more comfortable speaking on camera in front of people.
