It was recent during the pre-production of our short animated film in Capstone 1. We are to established the concepts for the character, environment and how the story would flow.
As one of the artist we should come up with the best idea how the story of our short animated film would be shown visually appealing and would spark interest to the audience to watch it till the end. And we are racing against time for the deadline knowing that coming up with visual concept and ideas is a no way easy task.
We were given a week to brainstorm the concepts for the overall of the story. I've watch animated films, Pixar Sparkshorts, and other animated films, on where I can get references, ideas to come up with or maybe it would kindle a creative idea on my head. After days of thinking and conceptualizing ideas on my head and taking note of it.
Days before the deadline the team meet and tackle what are the concepts that we come up with. There were a lot of creative ideas overflowing then I've an idea that struck me that, we are telling a story on where people are more immerse to technology why not make the surroundings black and white then the gadgets colored. After talking, polishing the concept with my fellow artists. The meeting ended well. The pitching of our concepts to our adviser and capstone instructor is a job well done. They seem to get and like the direction we are pointing forward.

I was the editor of a short film project titled "Pamatan-on". On where we will shot a short film about the youth organizations in our community. Along with the small production team that will plan from pre to post-production of the film.
We have to make sure that the film will be finish on the given deadline. Knowing that all of us in the prod team are multitasking between school and this project.
Each were given a specific role and task on what to do. But on the early days of the production after different unexpected circumstances happen. After rereading the script there are some organizations line and part are missing on the script.
As the person who notice it even though I'm on the post production I've added the missing script from the first draft and again rechecking it for other errors. After what I've did I open it up to the scriptwriter and the director, so that they are aware of the changes.
The shoot was filmed smoothly each organization had a part on the film. Aside from that we finish it on time and no organization where left behind from the shoot they all played their part very well.
