The Golgi Appartus, Vesical, Ribosome, Rough ER, and Cell Membrane are all related because the Rough ER is covered in Ribosomes. The Ribosomes makes protien, that are put into Vesicals and then transported to the Golgi Appartus. The Golgi Appartus packages the protein up and then puts them into another Vesical that is then transported to the Cell Membrane.

The Rough ER makes ribosomes and ribosomes produce proteins and they are packaged to the vesicle and carried to the Golgi Apparatus before the products can be exited through the cell they must be packaged into the secretory vesicle after that it will be realeased.
