I have loved this meal since i was a toddler and would always ask for it whenever i was at a restaurant or shop with a family member.another reason why it means a lot to me is because whenever i went out with family i would eat this meal most of the time which really adds to the significance it has for me. I first had it at some random overpriced restaurant and i got it as i thought it had potato chips, but the fries and fish made me forget about the fact that it wasn’t potato chips due to the awesome taste. I love the crispiness of the fish and fries with the sauce at the side and the lemon squeezed on them. I would especially love to go to Fish n Co. to have the Danish Fish N Chips stuffed with mozzarella. The gooey cheese with the perfectly fried fish and long thick fries in a pan could make my day anytime. My dad cooks delicious and savouring river eels. It bares special meanings to me as he only makes them during special occasions ,or when guests visits our house. In addition, it is uncommon for others to cook river eels nowadays as they do not know how to process it. I adore the flavourful nature and the slippery texture of the river eel meat, dipped in soy sauce added with some sugar and vinegar.
