We work with businesses, professional firms, educators, independent trainers and in executive education, providing a memorable, interactive learning experience.

Our method of training is via an experiential approach – learning by doing and reflecting - using relevant case studies or scenarios, primarily focusing on wider leadership and relationship building skills, to (a) bring theory to life and (b) give participants the opportunity to practise a

realistic ‘work’ related challenge in a facilitated, simulated meeting in a safe, low risk environment. Our multilingual team of role players can facilitate workshops in a variety of European languages.

We provide a unique opportunity to reflect and receive non-judgemental feedback on the impact made and, through active, guided observation, raise awareness for all participants on what makes effective and supportive communication in these contexts. This method is 100% learner and human centred.
