Going to California Adventure- June

Going to California Adventure is one experience I will always remember. Whenever I get to go, I feel very excited and happy to be there because it's one of my favorite places to visit. From the moment I walk through the entrance, everything feels very exciting and colorful. The music playing around the park and the bright lights in the night makes the experiance more fun. I like going with my family to spend time with them and also get on the fun rides. One of my favorite parts of when I go is riding the Incredicoaster because it is very fast and I like rollarcosters. I also enjoy walking through Cars Land wich reminds me of the movie. I also enjoy watching the parade with all charecters and even taking pictures with them. I like going for the food too, my favorite thing to eat there is the quesabirrias. And overall, California Adventrure is a very special place for me since it's a place where I get to make a lot of memories, have fun, and spend more time with my family.

Choosing my xv dress- July

In July, it was time to choose my XV dress. This moment was very special for me since when I was little ive always wanted a quinceañera. From watching videos on YouTube when I was younger of girls experinces in Moda 2000 to actually experiencing it myself was crazy. My experience at Moda 2000 was so fun. Choosing a dress was pretty hard, since there were a lot of options. Origanlly, I was not planning to go for any dark colored dresses. But when I tried them on, the black dress caught my eye the most. My family was so supportive of my choice, and everyone told me that my dress suited me. After choosing my dress and making my final dessision I said yes to the dress. Then they took a picture of me, and then had a dance with my mom.

Going on a hike- August

In August, I went on a hike with my aunt and uncle. I enjoy going on hikes because I like nature, and I just feel like it's very peaceful. I like hearing the water flow and the birds chirping, which makes the hike more relaxing. Going to this location was my first time, but for my aunt and uncle, it wasn't. Walking up the mountain took approximately one hour. Along the hike, I saw a lot of big trees, rocky paths, and a nice view of the mountains. It was so worth the time. I got to get in the water, which was freezing, but felt good because it was super hot that day. We sat on the rocks near the water and enjoyed the fresh air we had. After about an hour, we walked back up, which I felt was faster, but this experience made me feel more relaxed and enjoy nature.

My XV- September

My XV is probably one of my favorite events of the year. It was a special day for me that I've always dreamed of ever since I was a little girl. I was happy to have my friend be part of my court and to be able to cherish this special moment with them. I often wish to go back to this day because of how much fun it was. But I now realize that it is all just memories. I am beyond happy with my court and I for doing a good job with the dances, and although we did mess up a bit, we kept going. That night I danced a lot that my feet hurt the next day. I remember the struggle I had to deal with the next day with my hair, since it was all stiff. And I was so happy that I had seen family members who live far away. But overall, it was an experience I would 100% do again and even try to enjoy it a bit more.

Spending Christmas Eve with my best friend- December

On Christmas Eve, I got to celebrate with my best friend at my house. It was our first time spending a holiday together, and we had been planning it for the longest time. She had slept over at my house to spend Christmas with my family and me. It was super fun, we played games with my family and won prizes. One of the games we played was trying to flip a cup with a ball on top, and we had to get the ball inside the cup. The prizes were like scratchers, perfumes, and candy. We did our family traditions like a posada. Which was when another friend and her family arrived too. We all stayed up until 12 and opened gifts. We ate tamales that my family made. And also danced a lot the whole night.
