My Quince- October

In 2024, I had my dream quince come to life. In October, I had my quince and I enjoyed it. I had my friends celebrate with me on my big day. I am super grateful that my parents were able to make this day come true. Everything thing I wanted for my special day was there like I asked for. I danced and ate all night long until it reached 1:00 A.M. I loved all the presents I got from my friends and family, especially all the money I got. This day was a fun experience for me, I'm so glad I was able to have a quince. ( This picture isn't me).

Going to France-August

In 2024, I went to France with my family and uncle. I loved seeing France for the first time with my own eyes. Everything there is beautiful, I got to drink at a famous hot chocolate place there. I had tons of great pastries over in France, I finally had the chance to try a raspberry tart. We went to tons of places there and I was able to take tons of pictures to have as a memory. I didn't fully know how to speak in French but I had been practicing before we went on our trip. I was able to help guide my family all around with the little French I knew. I loved visiting France, and although I missed the first week of school, it was all worth it. I was also very happy to spend my trip over to France with my uncle and family.

Going to Disneyland Paris-August

On the second day of arriving in France, we went to Disneyland Paris. We had to wake early in the morning and take a bus to Disneyland. When we arrived there, there were so many people trying to get by. After we were able to enter the park, we first went to the Indiana Jones Ride because I chose to go there. After the ride, we went to eat and then rode some more rides. I got a limited Cindrella popcorn bucket with the money I saved. After we ate, we went to check out the gift shops and the Star Wars ride. Since my parents and my other two siblings were tired, my other siblings decided to take me to ride the ride with them. The Star Wars gave me a huge headache from it moving around forcefully. After that, we were already leaving the park until we decided to eat at the Rainforest Cafe they had outside of the park. When we finished eating, we headed back to our apartment. That day was a day to remember for me, I loved visiting Disneyland Paris.

Seeing the Mona Lisa- August

The second to last day I was going to leave France was when I went to see the Mona Lisa. My family wanted to spend the last few days taking pictures so we went to the Louvre Museum. I got to see tons of famous statues and paintings including the Mona Lisa. I was so surprised by the amount of people gathered around the Mona Lisa. There were tons of famous paintings including " Liberty Leading the People, The Coronation of Napoleon, and The Virgin of the Rocks". I was also able to see famous statues like " Venus de Milo, and the Winged Victory of Samothrace". I was able to take pictures of everything including the famous paintings and statues. Before we were able to enter the museum, we had to wait in a very long line that took 2 hours for us to get in. There were so many people that we had to eat at a McDonald's outside of the Louvre because there were too many people in the food court. Overall, I loved visiting the Louvre and I would visit again if I ever have the chance to.

Visiting the Palace of Versailles- August

During my visit to France, my dad took us to visit the Palace of Versailles. It was such an amazing place to visit and take pictures. I loved seeing the Castle and the different rooms. I saw many paintings, including one of the young queen riding a large white horse. I saw all the kinds of jewelry and furniture they had displayed. I even saw the Hall of Mirrors, which was such a beautiful thing to see. We went outside to the garden and saw all the statues in the water fountains. After seeing the beautiful garden, we entered a gift shop in front of the palace. I got a quill ink pen for a pretty good price. I loved going to the Palace of Versailles, I wish I could go there again with my best friend Rose.
