Dr Cia Jackson has transformed research storytelling through her innovative and creative approach with the College of Arts & Humanities' Glasgow Stories podcast. By creating a strategic platform that amplifies CoAH researchers' work, particularly those of early career researchers, she has developed a method of research communication that elevates our storytelling. Her collaborative approach brings together digital media, central communications, and academic colleagues to identify and showcase compelling research stories. Through this podcast, she not only provides a media platform for researchers but also creates a supportive ecosystem that values and celebrates scholarly work across the College, making research more accessible and engaging for both academic and public audiences. It is also providing a pipeline of impactful stories to engage the media also.

I really enjoy the conversations with creative approaches and writing practices. As it is never easy to write papers in second language as English and work with people from different disciplines, cultural backgrounds and social contexts, Lisa suggested me to explore different ways of sense-making. She is always open-minded and patiently to hear my experiences on practising art-methods and wired experiments of making inquiries. Due to her passions in research, my colleagues and I can always have her genuine opinions, learn from her workshop practices and helpful feedback to overcome writing challenges.
