Of course, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are very important in the teaching and learning process, as their integration offers numerous advantages, facilitates personalized learning, provides access to a wide range of educational resources, and develops essential digital skills for this century. Furthermore, ICTs can make learning more engaging and dynamic, motivating students and improving their concentration.

From my experience as a student, I have rarely used this tool in training courses. As a teacher, I have not had the opportunity to use it due to the lack of resources such as the internet and digital resources in my workplace.

I consider their use to have the following advantages:

From my experience, I believe that the use of these technologies allows for the development of skills in the classroom and helps students develop essential digital skills for their future, such as searching and selecting information, critical analysis, and effective communication.

Likewise, these technologies allow for the personalization of learning by adapting activities and resources to each student's individual needs, promoting more personalized learning.

They generate greater collaboration and communication not only in education but also in business, for example:

Online platforms and communication tools facilitate collaboration between students and communication with teachers, fostering more interactive and enriching learning.
