On may 31, 1911 the Titanic left the docs. They called the ship sinkable. the Californian radioed that date had stopped because of an iceberg so I think it might be the same place that the Titanic sank but the Californian didn't tell where they stopped. David Bear have the key to the binoculars but at night he didn't go and get the binoculars so I think he was trying to sabotage the Titanic.

Again I think that it was Bruce is May's ball because he told the captain of the ship captain. Smith He wanted to get at New York quicker so she could have more excitement for people And they wanted to go on the ship to make money.

I believe that Mr. Ismay is not truly at fault. I think that it was stupid that he had wanted to arrive to New York early, and that he had pressured the captain to move faster. But even then, was he truly at fault? I question how he, and another man had say that they have not seen anyone else near their boat when they had tried to escape cause there was more than 1,000 people on the Titanic, I wonder how in a time of panic, they did not see anyone.
I feel bad that he is known as a villain, even after his death. And I have a small theory that the people just wanted to blame it on Mr. Ismay cause in reality, they actually didn't know the whole truth.

I learned that Bruce Ismay was the president in White Star Lines.
I also learned that it is rumored that he pressured Captain Smith into going faster to break speed records. He also wanted to get to New York faster to bring up excitement for the Titanic.
Another thing I found out was that it was also rumored that Ismay saved himself while other people tried to get on the boat. This makes me think that he was lying because in the article he and another man said that there was no body on deck while they jumped on a lifeboat. I think he's lying because there was definitely people running around, panicking because the ship was going down.
However, there was a man named Lord Mersey who thought people were being unfair to Ismay. He believed him and said that he and the other man looked around and tried to get everyone on before him.
I wonder if Ismay really cared about the Titanic or just wanted the money.
I learned that Ismay is usually the bad guy in movies about the Titanic. I think that happened because of all the stuff he is rumored to do.

One thing that I learned about the Titanic is on May 31, 1911, about 100,000 people were waiting to watch the departing of the Titanic in Belfast, Ireland. This is important because it is a good thing to know when the Titanic left off, because it helps you determine how close the Titanic was to America, how far, how many days they had been on the boat before it sunk, how many days did they have left to go and so on.
Something else that I learned is one of the ships crew members - Charles Lightoller - was panicking and actually steered the boat the wrong way and directly into the iceberg. This makes me wonder how did he realize the iceberg was there, and how many lives would have been prevented if he did not turn the wrong way?
Another thing that I learned was that the 3 million rivets that held the boats steel plates together had a high condensation of slag. Slag is not strong and was one of the predicted reasons for why the Titanic sunk. The slag made the plates easier to break apart when the ship hit the iceberg. This now makes me wonder what was the slag made out of?

I think it was Bruce Ismays fault and the builders because Bruce pressured the captain to go faster to break a world record and the builders used a weak material

My thoughts on Bruce Ismay is that he was a good person but i don't believe him when he said that he looked around to see if anyone was there and wanted to get into the life boat because he sounded like a greedy person and i don't believe him when he says he wanted to sacrifice himself to save the men, woman, and children and just got on the boat without a doubt.

Most people see Ismay as a villain (i do) and that he didn't even think about saving other people.

The Titanic sunk because it hit an iceberg. I think it was Officer David Blair's fault because he had the key to the binoculars and when he got off the ship he forgot to give the key back to Captain Edward Smith he was the captain of the Titanic. But I also think that  Captain Edward was at fault too. Because he did not bother to look at the messages if he did he would have seen the Californian's message the Californian was warning ships that they were stopped by ice

The Titanic sank because, the californian sent in a radio message system but it didn't go thru. The message said something like "RMS TITANIC, There's an iceberg in the area." Also the second officer, David Blair held a key to a room to the binoculars were kept. Blair left the ship before it sailed from Southampton, England. As he left, he forgot to hand over the key to the officer who replaced him. After the sinking, lookout on the Titanic said binoculars might have helped them spot and dodge the iceberg in time. On may 31, 1911, the Titanic was known to be the "Unsinkable." Also it was a dumb idea to put another big Tunnel so they could put more lifeboats so less people died.

that night the titanic had gone 545 miles in four days,it was moving nearly 22 knots. but,in four days later the radioman send a message from another ship,saiyng that was a iceberg nearly there but captain Edward was keeping move the ship so fast,the sea was calm,was stars on the sky. some people believe he though he would have more warning,

I learned that Bruce Ismay pressured the captain to go faster than he was comfortable just to break records -- and he was also heard telling Captain Smith that he wanted to arrive in New York ahead of schedule for 'more excitement'. This makes me think that Ismay just wanted to make the Titanic famous and might not have thought about what would happen.

I learned that when the Titanic sank Bruce jumped into a lifeboat about to launch which might've been to save himself, but Bruce Ismay was also one of the first to send a message to New York that the Titanic was gone. This makes me think that he might've just wanted to save himself and based on the message it might've been insincere and he might've wanted the Titanic to sink.

I learned that many people were mad at Bruce for saving himself when a lot of people perished. But someone who was investigating the sinking of the Titanic. Lord Mercey, said Ismay was being treated unfairly and Ismay helped a bunch of crew members and passengers get out of the titanic and onto lifeboats and Lord Mercey said if Bruce hadn't jumped he would've been added to the people that would've died.
