She graduated from SHU in 2017 with a social work degree and since has changed her career path. She has been working nonstop and extremely long hours in an accelarated nursing program at UConn. She is constantly working, studying, or taking tests and her efforts never go unnoticed. She graduates in december so she's almost there!

I didn’t realize I could feel even more appreciative as I got older but they surprise me more and more everyday with their guidance and care that they give my brother and I - and in so many ways that were once not as obvious in the same ways as a kid. I am so thankful and fortunate to have them, and especially now as they’ve been working even harder during these times to keep an up and positive space for us!
