         <description><![CDATA[<div>Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abriding the freedom of speech, or of the pres; or the right of the people peaceadlly to assemble, and to petition the goverment for a redress of grievances.The first amendment gives U.S citizens many freedoms for their way of life.</div><div>The Hills family was held hostage, and later it became a broadway show, a magazine wrote a review stating untrue facts about the actual event, the family sued for violation of privacy.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

The court held that the right of privacy within marriage predated the constitution, the ruling asserted that the first, third, fourth, and ninth amendment also protected right to privacy</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

A police officer arrived and suspected that Mr.Birchfild was intoxicated. The officer told MrBirchfild about the implyed, and wanted to search his car.</div>]]></description>
