         <description><![CDATA[<div>Aroma: The aroma of the custard was very pleasant as it smelt like vanilla and for the pastry crust it smelt very cakey as the butter sent was strong overall both had a light pleasing smell<br>Taste: The pastry crust tasted buttery and it was deleicous as for the custard it tasted milky and delicious although the vanilla extract that was added was a little too much which did not complement the milky taste. <br>Texture: The pastry crust was perfectly crusted and it was crispy. The custard had a smooth cream like texture. It was very    soft and did not have a guey texture. <br>Appearance: The pastry crust was not even in all sides but it did not look burnt and the custard was messy as we were not able to evenly spread it  which made it look messy. Overall it looked delecious as the fruits looked fresh.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The custard fruit tart had crusty sides and was not soggy and the contents inside was sweet and it tasted good but it required more sugar and fruits for the topping. the custard was a bit too thick and had a really rubbery texture which made it taste a bit weird while eating it . The custard had a nice brown texture and color on the sides and would give the custard a crunch while eating it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Appearance: The Fruit Tart looks crispy and brown after baking it. With fruits on top of it gives a nicer appearance to it.<br>2) Aroma: When the fruit tart is still in the oven, it already has a strong smell coming out. When the fruit tart is done baking till brown, and taken out of the oven, the smell gets stronger. The smell really attracts people to eat.<br>3) Taste:  The taste of the crust is sweet, it really does taste well. It is crispy, and a bit brown but yet it taste really good. However, the custard doesn't really taste as nice as i though. It should be a bit sweet, however our custard doesn't even have any sweet taste, there is no any taste of it. i think next time we should add more sugar.<br>4) Texture: The texture of the crust is quite smooth, when we taking up to eat, it won't broken and drop on the floor, that is the good thing. The texture of the custard should be a bit sticky and liquid before putting it in the crust, however mine before putting it in already turn a bit solid-like. Maybe next time we should add a bit of water.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The appearance of my custard fruit tart did not look very nice in the shape , the base wasn't well made but we tried to even it out and spread on all the surfaces,  but sadly we couldn't make it nicely in time  . Even though it doesnt seems good at the outer side  , the aroma of the custard fruit tart smell very nice,  the custard was well made  , it is very smooth  . It taste super delicious as I have said the custard was being made smoothly, very nice by my partner.  The base was quite ok too which made the dish nice  . The texture of this dish is smooth  , not hard , very soft which taste very nice  .</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Appearance : The custard fruit tart was baked till it looked crispy and golden brown thus the shape of it looks nice .<br><br>2) Aroma :&nbsp; The custard gave off a sweet scent from the vanilla ascent that was added and together with the pastry and fruits , it gave off a stronger smell which then attracts us to want to eat it badly .<br><br>3) Taste :&nbsp; The custard tasted slightly blend . However , the crust was crispy , sweet , that tasted well with the fruits make the custard tasting slightly sweeter. &nbsp;<br><br>4) Texture : The crust of the Pasteur was well crusted and crispy . The custard was slightly sticky as I think the amount of water that needs to be added is not enough . </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Appearance : The apearance of the fruit tart was baked till golden brown and looked appetising. The toppings (pineapples and peaches) added colour to the tart and the custard looked silky and smooth.<br>Aroma : When the crust came out of the oven, it smelled wonderful with a strong aroma. The peaches and pineapples smelled sweet due to the syrup water. The custard did not have much smell and gave out a slight fragrance.<br>Taste : The crust was crunchy along and the fillings were sweet and flavourful. The custard tasted like milk.<br>Texture : The crust had a crunch to it and was slightly rough. It breaks off easily when we take a bite. The fruits and the custard were silky and smooth. The custard were also very soft which melts in your mouth.<br><br></div>]]></description>

The texture is smooth but the base does not cover the thing entirely as we did not spread it long enough and thus it was insufficient.          <description><![CDATA[<div>After baking the pastry, i felt that the appearance was quite bad as my dough was soft and melted at first. But i can further improve on that. My pastry had a lovely aroma and it smelled great after coming out from the oven. The taste was very nice and it was just fine for anyone to taste it. It was crunchy and tasty. The custard were bright yellow in colour and it appears to be thick. The fruits however were placed all over the custard. Therefore, the custard appears to be messy.<br>Aroma: The pastry crust smells nice and the custard smells attractive to eat.<br>Taste: The taste of the crust were nice and buttery and it is not too sweet. The taste of the custard were not too sweet and it is just right in the mouth.<br>Texture: The pastry is crunchy and it is soft to crunch. However, the custard were quite rubbery and it is hard to spread the custard along the crust.</div>]]></description>
