The Positive effects are

The Bantu people taught to other ethnics how to use iron

They showed other ethnics the discovery of yams, banana, and plantains.

The Bantu people gave their languages and cultures to the ethnics beside them.

They (The Bantu people) gave their way of farming to the other ethnics.

Negative effects of the Bantu migration

The Negative effect are

The overpopulation sent a lot of good people to other fields, which weakened the rest of the people in front of Somalia and the Oromos.

The transformation of cultural languages into new ones what brings conflicts because some people change their languages and cultures while others doesn't want to.

We can see that the Bantu people had a huge impact in Africa. What I believe is that they still made very good impact in Africa because I am sure that if they did not do that the French, the Britains and the Spanish will fight for people that did not know how to use iron.
