Growing up I went to church every Sunday and was raised LDS. As I grew up, I no longer practiced it but I am still a spiritual person, I just don't necessarily believe in the same things as I earlier did. I have many members of my family that still go to church every Sunday and I fully support them in everything they choose even if I do not believe the same as them.

I was a dancer for 14 years and that definitely shaped how I grew up. I knew that hard work and discipline is what it took to succeed. It was not always the easiest choice to grow up dancing because I didn't have much free time and was not able to build strong relationships outside of dance until I was a bit older.

My dad is Danish and my mom is Mexican/Italian. Growing up I had two different aspects of cultures to learn from and it was interesting to see how different they were but also how every ethnicity has something in common.

Growing up in Utah, I have always loved to be outside because that's where I feel most comfortable. There is so much to do outside here and that's why I never get bored going to the mountains or just driving around seeing the beautiful scenery around us. Even if it is just to go watch the sunset or sunrise, being outside will always be one of my favorite things.
