Despite the action plan for peace and solidarity finalized in 20018 there hasn't been are peace. On September 26 violence arose again when a clash between Afghan and Pakistani injured 6 solders and 5 civilians. In June both countries and the UN High Commissioner for refugees agreed on a twelve point declaration to improve the situation of Afghan refugees.

In Bangladesh during the 70s a religious conflict in regards of the political system erupted between Islamist militant groups, Buddhists and Hindus.
Causing militants injured and hundreds of people wounded as collateral damage; attempts continue with actions suicide bombings, decommission of fire arms. 
Trials were held and penalizations were imputed.

Manifestations in Madrid took place in order to hold negotiations with the government. Twelve Catalan politicians were in legal process on charges for disobedience, sedition and rebellion over the Catalan independence. The Spanish National Intelligence Center claimed to have repelled a cyber-attack by Catalan pro-independence hackers. Later, protests spread further to Tarragona, Girona, as well as Lleida, regional capitals of the eponymous communities. the Spanish Police intervened with rubber bullets and tear gas to disperse larger groups of Catalan pro-independence protesters. Meanwhile, pro-independence protesters set up roadblocks and raised their aggressiveness. Protests continued for a few months.

The protesters demand ed democratic reforms and better salaries in comparison with the luxury life of the King. The response of the police regarding the protest was pure violence while using bombs, gas and confiscating electronic devices.

The violence against asylum seekers raised, many were injured. Additionally, xenophobes conducted various attacks on infrastructure for refugees.

The drugs cartel are the main cause of them; the change in the 2000 of narcotrafic to narcomenudeo was a violent change because the fight for the territory control to sell drugs in the corners without matter the life of the people.
And is not all, also the drugs cartel want to control the government "capture of the state". something that is unacceptable for the Mexican people. 
So is the debility of the government to face this problem or the corruption of these and the weak institutions.

Opposition groups vs. the president Barrow. 

Opposition groups arguing and protesting against the president on regarding the force he is using against the people and also for staying in the power more than he should have. The human rights violence is still in investigation because of the violent response of the police against the people in a protest, using tools as gas and leaving injured people.
