18 U.S.C. § 2331 defines "international terrorism"

"International terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics:

• Involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
• Appear to be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
• Occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S., or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum.

- The UN is run by a counsel of countries.

- The objectives of the UN are:

To maintain international peace and security.
To develop friendly relationships among nations.
To cooperate in solving international problems.
To promote human rights.
To be a center for helping nations.
To respect the principle of equal rights.

- The UN is using combined resources and information provided by all members of the UN to aid / protect countries affected by terrorism, and routinely going on peace keeping / peace making missions to eradicate terrorist organizations.

- These strategies have proven to be effective in short term gains, but ineffective in the long term resolutions as more terrorist groups keep popping up. 

- The UN is funded funded by personal donations and voluntary contributions from each of the member countries.

- You can get involved in the UN by donating to their cause or by going on foreign aid projects.

- NATO is run by a collection of countries including : Canada, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Italy, and 23 other countries.

- NATO's objective in the world is to protect each of the member countries from foreign attacks, including terrorist attacks.

- NATO is constantly having meetings to decide weather to be involved in foreign counter terrorist operations, and currently are deciding if to be involved in taking down ISIS. Their strategy to combat terrorism is to combine military forces and eliminate the hostile forces.

- These strategies are effective because hostile forces cannot handle the shear power of a combined force of 28 countries.

- NATO is funded through a budget plan from each of the 28 member countries.

- NATO offers foreign aid projects or you can get involved in your own countries army and volunteer for NATO operations

- NATO cannot be reached by the public, but have information on their website.

- CATTF is currently run by Mack Ginter-Boyce.

- The objective of the CATTF is to irradiate the world of terrorism.

- The Canadian Anti Terrorist Task Force uses highly trained special forces to eliminate all threats to Canada and the world. 

- These strategies are extremely effective proven by never even having a terrorist attack on Canadian soil so far.

- Half of the proceeds from any Canadian beer bought throughout the world goes to the CATTF. We also have a budget from the government.
