If the not so distant future, Native Americans are hunted and rounded up for their bone marrow. The journey of one character who meets up with others fleeing the hunters is a great story of adventure and survival. They are BIG books, but the story is so engaging that it doesn't matter. Imagine a world where death has been conquered. People are told exactly when they will be killed to control the population and it is only done by a scythe.
