         <description><![CDATA[<p>In 2006, Daniel Bell (18 years old), died from crashing his car into a tree while under the influence of alcohol.  He was at a party at his friend Jonathan Hutsell's house, with Jonathan's parents home.  There was alcohol at the party, and his blood alcohol level was over .08 while he was driving, and when he crashed.  The Bell family sued the Hutsell's for social hosting liability.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In 2006 the Hutsell family was hosting a party in witch alcohol was being served to minors and one of the minors Daniel Bell tried driving home with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 he later crashed and killed. Daniel had chosen to drink that night and chosen to drive home making him liable.    </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Every person who gives alcoholic beverages to someone who is clearly intoxicated is responsible for for the damages to any third parties.  </p><p>Parents or guardians (Mr. and Mrs. Hutsell) of minor children who knowingly or unknowingly host underage drinking are liable for the people at the event.</p><p>Mr. and Mrs. Hutsell were home and aware that their son and his friends were drinking.  They should've not let Daniel drive home that night.  </p>]]></description>

This was an unfair ruling because Daniel was their house, so they should have responsibility for him.</p>]]></description>
