I would like to share my experience of interacting with amazing officers. It was such a great meeting with all honorable officers, especially our former Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh Vivek Dhand sir; I observed that he must be such a great learner because he learned from every little thing. That is why he is our chairman of the Innovation Commission. In this interaction Vivek sir told us a mantra of success "Padho, bohot padho, bohot jada padho." Despite having been in various authority positions he was surprisingly humble and openly shared his shortcomings in a very open-minded way. I know that controlling jealousy is hard to do in this competitive world but I learned from him that it is an important aspect of life . 

Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, R.K Singh Sir, gave a beautiful moral of life ‘first to become a good human being’ and also told us about the value of education in our life. A story told by Abinash Mishra sir, CEO of Raipur, about his college friend was really inspiring, from which learned the rule of PPP – passion, persistence and practice. Ritu Verma m’am, Deputy Secretary of Innovation, appreciated and blessed us for our future. Her smile showed how happy she was to know about this program.

Finally, Raipur Deputy Commissioner Jayant Nahata sir, who started this program during his training period, shared his journey of IAS with us and his unique story fascinated us because it takes a lot of courage to leave behind a successful career and venture into the uncertain field of civil service. He said he got maximum job satisfaction in this field, his devotion and honesty is visible. Being an IAS officer, he serves his country well.  Meeting all the officers, my intention behind my aim becomes stronger .

Thank you so much to all officers for visiting our Nav-Gurukul and for sharing lots of knowledge with us. 

But whatever happened next filled me with gratitude, every single moment I was smiling and feeling special. We learned that IAS Jayant sir sanctioned this project when he was still in his training period, I thought that this is the best example of using power in needed areas. The most important thing is that even with the limited powers one can get as a trainee, they can trigger a big change impacting lots of people in a very positive way.

When they started interacting with us, it felt like a family talk and a get together. They asked us about our schedule and studies, and we answered everything frankly. The best part was when we shared our views, thoughts, problems and got a supportive response. They appreciated our learning and told us to add some extra learning in the form of expected behaviour, this made us aware that we can bring positive change in our local culture.

They told us about the values in life one should have and the value of studying hard. They guided us not to be jealous, and be focused on our goal. The values we learned from them are honesty, dedication, hard-work, decision making, interpersonal relations, passion, language, accepted behaviour, leadership, the most important value is politeness. The dignity and pride we got familiar with yesterday has inspired us to also share and present our real personalities. 

The officers said that when we move forward with good intentions then our destiny will return it back to us. We learned many new things from them and we'll try our best to foster all those values in our life. With all their blessings we'll keep growing and never give up. We are so thankful to them as they sanctioned this project and gave us the opportunity to explore ourselves with new skills.

आपके  किमती समय और अपने जीवन के अनुभवों के साथ हमारी प्रगति में आने वाली बाधाओं से लड़नें और एक ही काम पर केंद्रित होकर निरंतरता बनाये रखनें जैसे प्रेरणा देने के लिये मेरी और हमारे समस्त नवगुरूकुल कि टीम कि ओर से आप सबको बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद।

हमें बहुत ही खुशी हुई जब वे सब हमारे कैंपस आये हमनें अपनी सामर्थानुसार तिलक कि थाली, और भिन्न - भिन्न प्रकार के फूलों से बनी छोटे गुलदस्तें तथा उनके सम्मान में खडे़ होकर तालियों और  अभिवादन के साथ उनका स्वागत किया। हमें उम्मीद है कि उन्हें येें पसंद आयी हो।

हमनें उनसे बहुत सी बातें भी की, और यही इस पूरे दिन का सबसे अच्छा वक्त रहा। उन्होंनें हमारे विषय में जाननें और हमें सुननें कि जो आजादी दे रखी थी ये उनके मिलनसार, खुले मन और दिमाग को दर्शाती है,यही कारण था कि, हम उनसे अपनी बातें कह पाये।

प्रश्नोंत्तरी का सिलसिला चला.......कुछ प्रश्न उन्होंनैं हमसे किये कुछ हमनें उनसे.....और कुछ  प्रश्नों पर सबनें अपनें- अपनें मत रखें। वहाँ मौजुद हर ऑफिसर्स  से कुछ न कुछ  तो सीख के रहूँगी , इस सोच के साथ मैंनें प्रश्नों के कुछ बंडल अपनें मन के थैलें मे से निकालते हुये  श्रीमान विवेक ढांड सर से पूछा........कि:- "युवावस्थ में हमें कौन सी ऐसी चीजें हैं जो करनी चाहिये और कौन से नहीं?" ये प्रश्न निकलें जरुर मेरे मुख से थे परंतु मुझे ऐसा लगता है,इसका उत्तर हर किसी के लिये जानना आवश्यक  है, इस पर उनका उत्तर था :- " इस अवस्था में हमें तीन चीजें तो करनी ही चाहिये, पहला पढ़ना, दूसरा बहुत पढ़ना और तीसरा बहुत ज्यादा पढ़ना.. " तथा जो नहीं करनीं चाहिये वो थी किसी से भी ईष्या ।

इसे सुनकर जिन्हें भी ये लगनें लगा था कि  मुझसे पढा़ई तो होती नहीं पर हाँ , मैं कुछ तो करना चाहती हूँ। उन्हें अबिनाश सर कि बातों नें प्रेरणा दी...जहाँ उन्होनें एक छोटी सी कहानी सुनाते हुये कहा....उनके कॉलेज के दिनों में उनके एक मित्र थे जो कॉलेज के सालों में कुछ किये थे तो सिर्फ बैंड बजानें और डिजाईन बनानें का काम सबको लगता कि वो पढ़ तो रहे नहीं , उनका भविष्य शायद ठिक न हो परंतु एक ही कार्य पर निरंतर टीके रह कर उस इंसान नें खुदको उस क्षेत्र में औरों से मजबूत कर, आज व्हाट्सप्प के किसी फिचर को उन्होंनें डिजाईन कर खुदको साबित कर दिया..। ये वास्तव में प्रेरित करनें वाली कहानी थी ,तत्पश्चात आरके सिंह सर  नें जीवन कि महत्ता बताते हुये कहा:- "एक अच्छे इंसान बनने कि कोशिश करो, जितना हो सके औरों कि मदद करते हुये अपनी नियत साफ रखना क्योंकि यदि नियत साथ हो तो नियती  देर से ही सही पर साथ देगी।"

ऐसे ही जयंत नहाटा सर नें अपनी आईएएस तक के बीच कि यात्रा के कुछ किस्से साझा किये तथा  ऋतु वर्मा मैम नें हमारी उज्वल भविष्य कि कामना करते हुये हमारे आत्मविश्वास को बढाया।

साथ ही उनके कुछ प्रश्नों पर  हमारी चुप्पी, मंद मुस्कुराहटें, और नजरों कि फेरबदल  के बावजूद उनका हमारी भावनाओं को पढ़ लेना ,उनके भावनात्मक बुध्दिमता को दर्शाती है,इससे हमें यह सीख मिला कि भावनात्मक बुध्दिमता के होनें पर हम किसी के, संकेत मात्र से चीजें समझ जाते हैं। यह गुण  प्रत्येक उच्च पद पर प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्ति में होनी चाहिये।

ऐसे ही अनेक छोटी-छोटी कहानी, किस्सों और अनुभवों के साथ उन्होंनें हमारे आज के दिन को बहुत ही खास बनाया और इसके लिये हम उनके आभारी रहेंगें।
