P can nominate a VP if there is a VP vacancy. 2 term limit for president and D.C. given presidential electors. We need to have an established date of when a new president comes into power so citizens are on the same page, and have fail-safes in case something happens to that leader to reduce chaos. We also need a limit on how long they are in power so they don't become tyrannical. All have to deal with presidential matters and elections.
