It is can displayed anything on a smooth surface such as wall or screen 

It could enlarge the objective that you want to show to the audience especially for big classroom

 

Smartboard is more convenience by using a smart pen.

Increase the productivity of teachers and students.

 

They are used when illustrating a new product or launching a new program to the group of peoples such as CEO, directors , executives

They are used when they have a meeting , everyone could present their ideas through out a social apps that show on the projector or smartboard.

Entertainment of breaktime

They are also used when lectures conducting a speech or a class in a big hall.

Objects 

Our chosen presentation is object or model. Object is physical things can be very useful and create a very visceral impact as presenter use them as direct examples or as metaphors for points of presentation. This aid most suitable use when the presenter wants to give hands on experience to the audience. For example, a biology teacher will use model in order to explain respiratory system for a better understanding to the students

PRESENTATION OF DATA is arrangement of data into tables, graphs or charts, so that relevant and statistical conclusions can be derived from the collected measurements. 

Using data in a presentation can help audience to understand about the topic more easier since they will be having a clear picture about what the presenter is talking about. Data presentation  will usually be used when presenting about number related data. For example using bar chart to illustrate the financial performance of an entity. The method is effective while presenting number related data is because most of people will confuse when the presenter talks about large amount of numbers and making them to be difficult to imagine about the data that is told to them by the presenter. This data clears their problem by visualizing those data into a simple and understandable charts, graphs and tables. 

EXAMPLE OF DATA PRESENTATION

Presentation aids item other than words of a speech that are use to support the intent of the speaker . There are six type of presentation aids which are objects , photographs ,diagrams , graphs , charts and maps . Our group has choosed chart as a presentation to discuss . 

 

Chart is non-numeric that can show a number of different things , in particular where individual items have distinct relationship with one another . Chart consist of many other types , there are bar chart , histogram , pie chart , line chart , area chart and many more . Chart usually used in business presentation and studies . 

 

Importance of chart : 

·         Simple and easy to understand 

·         Easy to manage data and information 

·         Easy to interpret data 

·         Can help the audience grasp visually the message 

·         Can display a lot of information

Advantages:  We can see the comparison between the data easily especially quantitative data, using data, line and pie charts.
Disadvantages:  If too many information, it becomes cluttered and therefore will be difficult to comprehend.

-        used to compare things between different groups or to track changes over time. 

-        best when the changes are larger between different.
