Video
A video is a recording, reproducing, or broadcasting of moving visual images made digitally or on video tape. A video is suitable to be used during a seminar or motivation talk. It can be used as part of the presentation because it can hold the audience's attention and make them understand and remember the information of the talk. The speaker can do their own video or can download it from video sharing such as youtube depending on the situation. If it is a talk involving giving points and information, it is better to make the video by themselves whereas if it is a motivational talk or seminar, they can download the video.

Representation: diagram, map, photograph, video or recording
4. Objects or models
We choose pie graph as our presentation aids because pie graph gives us a clear and proportional chart that has been color-coded. As a general, this graph simplified as much as possible important information in one diagram and it is easy for us to compare part of a whole. For example, if you have categorical data then using a pie graph would work really well as each slice represent different category.

Ashvinderjit Singh 141844
Using photographs as medium for presentation is a good presentation aid because photographs provide a picture of reality and are easily included in slides where they can be used to illustrate a point. They are good for illustrating action, evoking emotion and more. When you show a person doing something or a place, your audiences may feel that they are involved in the situation too.

A disadvantage of photos is that the important details can be lost so it may be important to ensure they are projected on a large screen.
Examples of using this presentation aid is during lectures to make the slides more entertainingand attractive which prevents boredness among the students.
