I think I was brave because I didn't care what other people said, and I expressed my ideas and opinions about what's happening in Galapagos and how we can help.

Identify: What was your role in this project, and why is it important for the community and its environment?

My role on this project was to look for the causes of invasive species in Galapagos and how they affect the environment and I think that looking for this information is very important because we alert community of what is happening in Galapagos and different parts of the world

I feel that I contributed a lot to the discussions because I really enjoy talking and sharing my opinions, and I feel that my opinions were valuable and helpful to the group.

I discovered that I am much kinder than I thought, and that I care about all living beings. This also helped me understand that many people lead very difficult lives.

I believe that the activity we designed can help the community because it addresses how invasive species affect them, and perhaps there are people who can help change that situation.

Galapagos is facing economic problems and also the habitats are damaging because the invasive species eat different types of animals and plants and its very crucial to start making a change

In my group, it was difficult to decide which ideas we would use because we all had good ideas, but I feel that we reached a good consensus and that everyone contributed something.

I think the overall impact was positive, but I don't think I presented it very well, and I regret that. However, I believe that what I said had a positive impact.

I worked on the part about the economy and how invasive species affect the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador as a country. That was my contribution to the project.

My actions can help raise awareness about what is happening in Galapagos and encourage people to take action. Those who run foundations or similar organizations can also contribute to this effort and help make Galapagos a better place every day.

We all shared our ideas, and before doing anything, we always asked for the group's approval. I'm very proud of how everything turned out and how we all planned and organized everything together.

I think the best thing about the project was researching the information about what's happening in Galapagos, and I think the worst part was the presentation, because I feel I didn't express myself well.

One of the biggest problems we had during the project was that none of the group members brought the cardboard for the poster, and we needed it to work on the project. So I solved the problem by finding some cardboard myself.

For this project, the entire 9th grade class participated to create different islands, each focusing on a different issue to raise awareness. My topic was invasive species in the Galapagos Islands.

Describe: When did you show empathy toward people in the community and how did you demonstrate it with actions?

I feel a lot of empathy because people in the Galapagos Islands don't have much money, and invasive species further worsen their economic situation, leading to deplorable living conditions.

Explain: What would you like to do differently or better in a future community project? What goal do you set for yourself to keep growing?

What I would like to improve is the presentation part, because I realize I didn't do it well, and I regret it because I'm not a mediocre person.
