The important steps to take in order to do this are making sure they're interested by giving them choices, focus on relevance, value and authenticity. Try to lessen possible distractions. Have students make goals, have assignments that vary in how challenging they are, focus on communication and working together, and give feedback! Motivate and encourage your students, help them with coping skills and strategies, and self reflections.</p>]]></description>
