         <description><![CDATA[<div>- comparisons to sex work in that there appears to be a choice, but there isn't really a choice- between a rock and a hard place. - - &gt; is this really a choice?&nbsp;<br><br>- the role of human aid in this piece is frustrating - aid appears to have failed, development isn't just in reverse, it's actively failed - - &gt; previous child soldiers are starving in school vs current soldiers who are being fed and looked after in the barracks.&nbsp;<br><br>- South Sudan being youngest state - doesn't fit into the traditional theory which is state centric<br><br>- disarmament in this instance has failed - nothing to integrate into - - &gt; nothing for the young men to reintegrate into, the systems have failed and so they are considering going back&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
