I give an instruction and begin counting down from 10 (or 5 or 3) and when I get to zero, if everyone is doing their job, the class gets a point. If even one person is off task, I get a point. At the end of the day, whoever has the most points wins! :) If the class wins, they get a five minute GoNoodle dance party. We start over daily.
